This exerciser ball does not require batteries and any power, and no electromagnetic radiation, just by the rotation of the wrist produce a powerful force. Hold the ball in your hand with the exposed gyroscope facing left, insert the included red string into the hole, wind it up, and pull straight down, fast enough to have the gyroscope turn the LED on. Then turn your hand facing down, and slowly start to rotate. It's helpful to exercise our finger, wrist, arm strength and toughness. The faster you generate the stronger the momentum. Rotational speed per minute up to 12,000 (RPM) turn over.
